Telal is a private automation tool operated by Miksa. It answers comments and direct messages on the operator's own Instagram account using predefined reply templates. It does not use artificial intelligence and does not sell, share or use your data for advertising.
When you comment on our posts or send us a direct message, Instagram sends us: your Instagram-scoped user ID, your username, the text of your comment or message, and, for direct messages, your name as shown on Instagram.
Only to reply to you: to send the answer you asked for (for example prices or links), to keep track of where you are in a short question-and-answer conversation, to avoid sending you the same message twice, and to let a human take over the conversation when you ask for one.
Data is stored on a server in the European Union (Hetzner, Falkenstein, Germany). Message and comment records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Access is limited to the operator.

Telal je privatni alat koji automatski odgovara na komentare i poruke na Instagram nalogu Miksa, koristeći unapred pripremljene odgovore. Ne koristi veštačku inteligenciju i ne deli vaše podatke. Čuvamo vaš Instagram ID, korisničko ime, ime i tekst poruke ili komentara isključivo da bismo vam odgovorili. Podaci se čuvaju na serveru u EU (Nemačka) i brišu se automatski nakon 90 dana. Brisanje podataka možete zatražiti u svakom trenutku: office@miksa.dev.
